Check-out after noon until 3 pm is 25% of the nightly rate.
Check-out after noon until 6 pm is 50% of the nightly rate.
Check-out after 6 pm is 100% of the nightly rate.

This is only possible if the Hotel has no reservations for the following day for your room.
